Two leaders in group ride (two yellow beacon)

Hi… I have ridden very rare group ride that had 2x Leader (Yellow Beacon). Is this hidden feature or graphic bug? If this is hidden feature what is this process called? and can anyone create a group ride with 2x leader?

This is a “celebrity sweeper” function.

It can be added to public events on request by group admins, but not in club rides.
