Since the latest updates of Zwift, my training plans from Traininpeaks do sync not for the actual day anymore but for multiple days. This is pretty confusing and not good for staying structured.
Anyone else having this issue? Is this meant to be a feature, or a bug?
Hi @Tobias_Kopp, Welcome to the Zwift Forums!
Fernanda here, part of the support specialist team at Zwift.
Thank you for using this space for your concerns regarding the training peaks sync, as Paul shared, this feature started in game version 1.66.0, in which TrainingPeaks workouts now include the next seven days of workouts, these are available in the TrainingPeaks custom workouts folder.
We are hopping this allow a better experienced for all our members!
Hi there, this is Juan from Zwift. Collaborating with the information given by my colleague, If you want to check out a TrainingPeaks workout that is scheduled for “today” it will appear in the For You carousel on the Zwift home screen, as long as it hasn’t been completed.
It would be really useful if the TrainingPeaks workout scheduled for that day appeared in the “For You” carousel, regardless if he had been previously completed or not. For example, this morning (Wednesday) displayed my workout that is scheduled for Saturday because the workouts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday I had done previously. At some point workouts are always repeated.
The way things are now, I need to log into TrainingPeaks separately to identify which workout is scheduled for today, then log into Zwift. Usually the workout is not displayed in the “for you” section, so then there’s the extra steps of clicking into the workout folder, custom, trainingpeaks, and then finding the workout.
It’s not terrible, but would be easier if streamlined to simply have today’s workout displayed in the for you section. Would save a fair amount of clicking through things.
