I have found that I can do a ride/workout at 7pm that increases my training score inly to find that the next morning at 7 am it has decreased. Why would it decrease after only 12 hours of no activity?o
It ticks over at midnight, so whatever you did 6 weeks ago drops off and today gets added.

I ignore the Zwift fitness tracker and use intervals.icu instead. It can be connected to Zwift on your intervals.icu profile. They are more open about how everything works and have more tools to track and analyze your data. It can be used for free but the paid plan is not expensive and is good value for money.
