Training Programmes


I am new to Zwift and have just started the FTP builder programme. I have already done a couple races but have found this first training session too easy. Is it supposed to be that easy even though its the first one or shouuld it be proportional to the FTP I have set? For example my FTP is set to 210 but this workout was only doing a max power of 155 at intervals and less during the rest periods?


If you’re talking about the “Foundation” workout, it’s not supposed to be hard.

You don’t need to (and shouldn’t!) turn yourself inside out every workout.

2 or 3 hard days per week. The rest of the time, keep it mainly in Z2.
