Work out to easy?

So I did my First workout on Zwift today I started the FTP builder. A week or two I did one of the FTP test to try and get the workouts tuned but the firs training session was pretty easy today…

It had me doing 4 minute sessions of 165W ( https://www.strava.com/activities/3295809728/segments/2684508241498614321 )

I rode the Richmond course last week and averaged 188W ( https://www.strava.com/activities/3264569054 ).

Does it get harder?

You can take a look at whatsonzwift.com to see the entire series of workouts to get an idea of what you’re in for. Some will be harder, for sure, but there will be some easy ones, also.

This is a beginner plan. I’ve never done it, but it is probably going to start on the easier side. Try the build me up plan maybe, it is intermediate and starts off harder I imagine.

You can also increase the bias during each workout to make it harder or bump up your FTP manually if needed.
