Training Plan Control

It would be nice to have some level of control over training plans. Currently a training plan schedule is preset for specific days of the week. If a training session is missed it expires and we’re unable to complete the workout at a later stage. What if someone is out injured for a few days and are unable to complete the scheduled workouts?

I’m not sure what the reasoning is for keeping workouts to such a strict structure. I understand it keeps people motivated and consistent in terms of training, but I feel we should at least have the option to maybe “Pause” a training plan while we recover from an injury or whatever the case may be.

Hopefully some level of control within the training plans will be available to us soon.
