First off, did you also connect your Zwift account to TR? (I would guess this happened concurrently with connecting your TR account to Zwift, but still worth a check.)
Do you have any TR workouts scheduled for today? If so, check your calendar (web or app) to see if the Zwift logo (orange Z) appears below the workout. If so, it has been synced to Zwift; if not, you might want to break the Zwift/TR connection and start again.
If you do have the Z logo, check the custom workouts folder in Zwift, and there should be a TR folder. And your workout/s shoudl be in the TR folder.
Also, only the current day’s workout, if there is one, will show up in the ‘For You’ carousel.
