If they made it easier then people would ride and late join less. As it is now they have a great way to hook people into riding at 59 minutes past every hour.
I got three lots of headphones, two lots of jerseys, one hat, one helmet, one set of wheels and one bike. Now I can go back to normal riding and ignore the rest of the event.
Which is probably exactly what Zwift doesn’t want.
Same for me, happend this Saturday.
I got the BMX on my second ride/spin (which is all I really want 
). It was showing in my garage on my laptop when I finished the ride. When I opened the Zwift app on my phone later in the day it wasn’t there, but it’s still showing in CA that I got it. Seems like lots of bugs this Big Spin…
That’s probably not a Big Spin bug. Running the game on two devices can result in losing drops, XP, levels, unlocks, etc. The safest thing you can do is delete the app from your phone.
Its a great concept. But the accuracy has to be right. And zwift has put zero effort into that based on the ones I’ve done. Shame.
Hi @shooj I updated to the latest game version and am on latest version of Apple TV OS. The last several weeks, I stopped getting an event completion screen - it doesn’t appear consistently on group rides or races. Today I did my first Big Spin event, passed through the finish banner and nothing: no event completion screen, no spin. I continued till 16 miles but nothing appeared. (In happier news, the app update fixed my issue with hidden text field so thanks for that!).
First ride of stage 2 not looking great think nobody got a spin!!!
Just completed the 10:30 a.m. CST Big Spin Stage 2… I think it may have been the very first event of Stage 2. Completed in under half an hour and there was no spin wheel. Did a late join and completed… Still no spin wheel!
Sounds like from the ride chat, nobody got a spin on Stage 2…is this a "feature? 
I was on it as well, 16:30 UK time?
I’m going to do the 17:30 and see if there’s a spin for that.

Yeah, loads of complaints of no spin from the first running of stage 2, that started at 1630 GMT (~50mins ago).
Right. This will become famous as “The Big Spin with No Spin”. Disappoonted, I could have done a race instead.

I did a full ride and didn’t get a spin at the same event.

Just did the week 2 course, loads of us didn’t get a spin at the finish 
We should receive a bike as a compensation…
