Hi all
I’m doing the Gran Fondo Training Plan and although I am still on Week 2, I’ve noticed that on Week 4, Day 4, “The Long Ride - SST Long”, on some of the blocks it says: “OU 30 mins 155w”.
Can anyone please explain what exactly means?

It means ‘over under’. The interval will alternate so they are slightly above your FTP and then slightly below your FTP, averaging at 155 watts.

Yes, I’m trying to improve my FTP. Not so easy at my age, but I will give a try!
