Take gender out of this and you have a ride leader mocking a participant for potentially not being able to keep up in a group ride on their own forum, not once but doubling and tripling down on it.
My feeling is ordinarily that ride leader would certainly take a ban from the forum and probably the platform for a short period for doing it.
Now, as that ride leader is a female and the rider a male does it make more or less acceptable or should it not matter?
As I said, interested to see how zwift deal with it.
The best part is that said ride leader is completely wrong about that part and has already had at least one wildly inappropriate post in this thread deleted.

What’s really sad is that said person’s unhinged rants and attacks are detracting from the serious issue that this thread had been addressing.
Apoligize for what? YOU joined my ride. I did nothing but get up at 0700 this morning and volunteered to lead a ride. Yet you chose to come on here and rant about me and my leading and have yet to provide screenshots of my “inappropriateness”. Topics of today’s ride included PD5 dynamics, new riders asking questions about tech, and healthcare topics (I’ve worked in healthcare for 17 years).

Appropriate conduct across the platform (both in game and on our forums) fall under Zwift’s Terms of Service. Please keep in mind that your in-game chats and forum posts are visible in a public space with many other people in it whose sensibilities are different than your own.
Occasionally, chats will trip the language filters we have in game and in the forums. Additionally - we have systems in place where you can report bad behavior in the game anonymously, in Club events specifically, as well as flagging specific forum posts. These reports are reviewed by human moderators, and appropriate actions are taken in private.
Zwifters also have the ability to block others they no longer want to interact with.
Zwift has many thousands of clubs and events, and we encourage everyone to seek out those you find fun and engaging at a challenge level that suits your fitness goals.
