won’t use Zwift again until they make APIs available to developers.

Probably lots of commercial reasons why “everyone” doesn’t connect to “everyone” which would add costs to us mere mortals but in the meantime why dont you just connect to Garmin then connect your Garmin account to Runalyse?

Garmin doesn’t forward third party activities.
The only workaround is to use Strava as a middleman…

It shouldn’t be that hard for Zwift to finally have an API. They are big enough.

Only Zwift can answer that. But folks can do this now whether its via Strava or Garmin so rather than rage quitting, this seems like a viable solution in the meantime, surely??

Well, we recommend this for the time being, but it’s just a workaround. So people who doesn’t use Strava needs to setup an Strava account just for this case. So it’s just a bad workaround. We are talking about the API since 2018…

Not here to debate that point, just offering a workaround for someone who is ready to rage quit instead of putting in a minute’s effort for a free workaround to get what he wants.

My solution (without setting up a Strava account I do not want) is to use the excellent tool RunGap on iOS which can perfectly (semi-automatically) pull the workouts from Zwift and sync them to runalyze (or almost everywhere else I want). Better would of course be a direct sync from Zwift to runalyze but I have no hope that will ever happen.

I’ve connected runalyze to strava, and all my workouts have since been instantaneously uploaded to runalyze. You can do the same from garmin connect also.

If there is anyone from Zwift reading this: We know there is an upcoming API from Zwift and we would like to use it, but getting in touch via support mail again runs into nothing
