Stars shouldn't apply to recovery segments in workouts

Please allow for moments of slower pedaling or coasting during recovery segments of workouts.  Although it is meaningless at the end of the day, it is still highly annoying to lose a half-star because you (a) coast for a few seconds to get out of the saddle & stretch during a recovery, (b) stop for second to pick up something that dropped on the floor during a hard segment (eg water bottle), or © just need to catch your breath before continuing at 80 rpm or such for a recovery.

On PC you can press ‘up’ on the keyboard to pull up a menu allowing you to pause the workout. That works well for needing to adjust mid workout.
