Now there are more and more events with staggered start times for each Category. This makes the sandbagging problem worse, not better. Now the cheaters are even more isolated with the riders who are following the rules and their sandbagging is even more effective. The solution for this issue is to start all the races with one category. Then categorize the results based on the performance data post race. Or don’t categorize them at all and the just have one overall result. I don’t understand why Zwift won’t fix this problem. EVERY race has people in Cat D putting out 4 watts/kg. And Zwiftpower doesn’t fix anything. Nobody cares after the fact that someone who cheated and beat them during the race got disqualified. One Category for every event. Simple.
