Stages SB20 not showing up in Cycling App or Zwift

I am trying to restart on Zwift after a long hiatus. I have downloaded the StagesCycling app (previously using Link), unpaired the bike from Link, but the bike does not show up in the new app at all. It also does not show up in Zwift, either under Power or Control. Both power meters are listed in both apps. I have tried unplugging the bike, restarting Bluetooth and my phone.

I went to the Stages webpage to try to put in a ticket, but it says my account is suspended and to contact my administrator. Very frustrating, as I don’t know who this person is. Thanks for any suggestions.

Stages has ceased operations and laid off their entire workforce so unfortunately you won’t get any answers from them.

Since the company is dead, the best available source of SB20 support right now is the StagesBike SB20 Owners Group on Facebook.

If the green light on the power supply is lit, then you may need circuit board replacements or repairs.

If the power supply light is off then I would try a new power supply, which can usually be sourced from eBay - there are third party manufacturers selling a compatible power supply.

Oh, wonderful! I saw this happened pretty recently. I have great timing, lol. Thanks for letting me know. Hopefully, I have just forgotten to toggle a virtual switch somewhere.

The green power light is on. Unfortunately, I am not on Facebook, but will create an account if I have to. Thanks.

One of the people in that group is Craig Statchuk who maintains this blog…
