Running time discrepancy

Hi all,

Ran a 5k run today on Zwift and this was recorded as 34M but I ran it in 30M - I probably warmed up 4mins beforehand and wondering how I avoid any ‘warm-up’ being recorded within my run time ?

Well my wife yesterday ran a 5k Group Race and the time at Zwift said 27.01 and on Zwift Power it was
27.56?
She started the run maybe a Little bit later, but how do understand the time counting?

happened to me. what I’ll do is to warmup before and then enter in Zwift
