Did the ride of the week on Sun. When I end ride the save/ upload keeps whirling away and doesn’t upload. Don’t want to lose the data. Does anyone have any idea how to fix?
I’ve tried clicking back and end several times. Also tried to ride a bit further. I’ve looked for the activity on the website but it isn’t uploaded.
What are you running the game on?
On an IPAD. Always been fine previously

The symptoms you describe, the spinning circle on save, match an issue that can occur when video screenshots are enabled. To test this, please try disabling video screenshots before your next ride and then save at the end.
It’s also worth mentioning that when I reviewed your log files from Sunday, January 4, 2026, I saw four Zwift Server Disconnected events. It may be worth double‑checking your network connection as well.
