Reset Profile

Hi, I joined Zwift not that long ago and have been using ZPower which places me in Cat B. I’ve just got a power meter which confirms that I am actually a Cat C.

I can’t amend my Cat on Zwift Power and the last race I did was noted as UPG.

Can my Zwift Power profile be reset?
