I have found other posts in more general topics, and they seem to have been ignored by zwift developers. At least in the events I have participated there are many in their 40s, 50.,60s, and then old people 
So whats with the plethora of 20 somethings hair styles. There is no balding at the temples or back of the head besides the completely bowling ball with gleam. Give us bandanas and earphones but dont reflect your audience in terms of hair options??? Perhaps zwift is run by AI and not real people??
I also noted a request for a better selection of female type hair setups and of course concur with that!!
This doesnât fully address your question, but the issue with the requested female hair options has to do with the head and torso of the avatars being separate game elements, so the hair cannot âgo overâ the back of the rider (e.g. a ponytail or braid).
Never say never but these suggestions havenât gone anywhere so farâŚ
