Rapha Festive 500 2021 FAQ

The last event 7:00pm supposedly with some Ethan person leading it, he said nothing at all, if he was even there which I’m not sure he was.

I got the jersey which was fairly easy given you just cruise along in a huge group of 999. But it’s a mess up having so few events to cater for this. Not everyone is available at those limited times.

Especially considering many people had already finished the 500 long ago. I did it days ago and now have over 930km. Some others did 500km in a single ride. Surely the deserve the jersey too, and what of those doing 1000km in a single ride?

Slightly different question: I completed the festive 500 group ride with Cory Williams. I got my festive 500 kit and enjoyed riding with it. I checked today and the kit now seems to have gone from my garage. Any ideas how I can get it back?

I didn’t have the the time to do the Festive 500, so I made up my own challenge - the 10Ks of Christmas (at least 10K climbing over the 10 days). I also set myself as sub-challenge - to do an Everesting during the Festive 500 time limit. Both doable without sacrificing too much family time

Hello Rapha or Zwift Support Team!

How can it be that I torment myself for 8 days and advertise for you and in the end I don’t even see a simple Festive500 jersey on Zwift.

On the other hand, you are giving away your equipment for a virtual ride of 100 km.

That is definitely not in the spirit of the Festive500.

For me it’s a bad ass move!!!

So it would be the last “Rapha” festive for me and my friends and I do our own thing.

Well I’ll admit to being confused by this.

Last year I did 500 KM (mostly outdoors as the cycling gods intended), but maybe 50K indoors, and got the jersey in Zwift.

This year I did 650 KM indoors (it was WET here and gnarly) and got the F500 on Strava, but nothing on Zwift. The FAQ says it’s for doing one of the group rides instead?

I mean that’s odd. It’s also completely different to how it worked last year; how are folks supposed to keep track of this?

In the end it’s just a virtual jersey, and I guess I’m content knowing the one from last year is the one that actually reflects completing the event itself :stuck_out_tongue:

Hi everyone,

I’ve shared your feedback with the rest of the team and we’ll take it all under consideration for next year.
