It would be great to select a max distance and max elevation and then let Zwift generate a random route for you. The possibility to save this route, for personal/public use, would be great too. I use this option on my outdoor bike computer frequently. Another option is selecting a number of waypoints like 360 bridge, volcano kom, etc, and let Zwift create a random route through these waypoints.
