I think racing In team like in the real world would be great! Not only individuals racing against eachother but using real tactics to win onteam level. Who’s joining? 
Could you not do that today? What enabling features are you looking for? Team kit? Team radio?..
this is already done to a lesser degree by some teams using their own voip

It would be difficult with the sticky draft unless a team mate had a stickier draft.
