Personal Workout Plan

Had a question regarding uploading a personal workout plan. I’ve noticed in doing the Gravel Grinder Training plan that once you complete a session the actual plan disappears leaving the results but not the steps.

Does a personal workout plan disappear as well?

The reason I ask is that I have a gravel route in the summer that I ride consisting of 10km of flats , very little grade 1-2percent followed by 17km of a series of short hills 7-10 percent grades and then a flat section again. I was thinking it would make for a great little session for indoors if I can figure out how to upload it.

Thanks in Advance

Hello Dave. If you mean that you want to ride a particular workout again after the plan finishes then most plan workouts you can find in the ‘workouts’ folder inside Zwift.

If you are wanting to see a whole bunch of plans, a lot from the community, and some of the ones inside Zwift by default then WhatsOnZwift is a great resource. It also has a couple of converters that you could try experimenting with (disclaimer - I’ve never used these).

If you want to build your own workout then you can create a custom workout in the ‘custom workout’ part of the menu. There’s also a couple of online websites that do that if you prefer that. Search for ‘Zwift workout builder’ in your search engine of choice. I’ve personally used this one but there are others available. You can get Zwift to pick them up by dropping them in the appropriate folder on your computer. The first link to WhatsOnZwift workouts in this reply contains some instructions on how to do that at the very bottom of the page.

Hope that helps!

Kat, Thankyou so much for the information, that is exactly what I was looking for.

I’m still new to Zwift so negotiating to find what’s, where between the website, the App on my iPad and the companion app is still a steep learning curve. Throw into that mix the Zwift Power, Zwift Events, What’s on Zwift well what can I say that’s a “shwack” (highly technical term) of places to look.

So Thankyou for the help.

Regards
