Orange country flag with a white lighten flash?

Hi - I keep asking during a ride what country this is. I never get a reply. I’ve only ever noticed it recently. What is this flag?

It’s the flag for no flag, i.e. they have not selected a country.

Orange Country Flag?

It was a bug, in 1.82 the “no country set” flag is back to the grey and white with a star.
