New quiet trainer advice

I’m new here and don’t currently have a zwift set up. I need a really quiet turbo trainer wheel off machine. What could you recommend for me? I plan to use my aged road bike which has a 10 speed cassette on it. What’s the best trainer to use that is really quiet?

I would recommend a wahoo probably the core for that price very quiet
