Missiing workout

I’m on week 5 of CRIT crusher and seem to be on a constant groundhog day , I 've completed 5 workouts and only one February 25 th is posted , I’m able to see February 26, 28, and march 1 on my activities but my week 5 work out is still showing 3 workout that need to be done ( different than the one I did , and showing one expired (even though I’ve been keeping up more than I should ) .anyone experience a similar problem ?
