I uninstalled and reinstalled now when I go to let’s go the app just disappears/crashes
Same problem here, after hitting “lets go” the app crashes/disappears
macOS Sierra 10.12.6, iMac (27", late 2013), 3,2 GHz Intel Core i5, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M 1024 MB
This is AGAIN a Zwift update which completely fails for a lot of mac users. If it is so difficult for Zwift to provide a reliable update, please enable the possibility to restore former status. Very annoying!

I’ve got the same issue running a Mac mini, zwift just crashes a few seconds after hitting let’s go, so frustrating standing here in my cycle shorts, what am I supposed to do now?

Same issue. MacMini-High Sierra. Closes after hitting “Lets Go”. Attempted re-installing with no success.
also still sitting fully bike dressed in front of my mac. tried to install rouvy, but requires macOS 10.13, still on 10.12.6 - not my day 
same problem here (Zwift crashing after clicking on “Let’s go”):
- Computer type: iMac10,1 (2009)
- Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo (3,06 GHz)
- Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 4670
- MacOS Version: macOS Sierra (10.12.6)
I have a MacBook, after the recent update I installed I can’t see my rider or any routes I can see my watts I can see the map perfectly but the actual environment of the world and my rider is totally gone see attached screen images. I’ve deleted the zwift app and reinstalled it using the latest update m,
issue still persists can you help?
Same here. Older iMac, but tried to install zwift on another imac - same issue

Same as everybody else here. So frustrating when you can’t leave the house and rely on Zwift. How do we apply for refunds for the time missed?

Zwift for mac users has been down for nearly 24 hours now after an upgrade. Not great that validation process for software changes has allowed this to happen and very slow response time in fixing the issue or retreating to last version that worked. Not sure if they don’t have the technical capability or capacity to fix or desire to resolve quickly. Either way not great customer service. What other training platforms are others using that work well for mac users?

I have a similar issue, I cluck “lets go” its launches zwift app and gets all the way through loading and crashes at the last minute.
Macbook Pro 2012 8Gb running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6
Was working fine until the update today, tried reinstalling and updating the OS… no dice.
Exactly same for me! Still not fixed.
is ist possible to revert back to the previous version while the team works out a fix?
