Well no as I read through that

I thought I saw someone mention that Zwift on Mac is now defaulting to on-board graphics and you can no longer select the egpu?

I’m among those - but after their new patch some hours ago it works again and the eGPU is “discovered” by Zwift.

So since yesterday my Zwift has been crashing (it doesn’t even open) and I haven’t been able to workout (which sucks), but has anyone figured out how to fix this? I was thinking of updating to the newer macOS Big Sur…any thoughts?

Thanks for looping back to confirm this patch fixed it. For those with lingering issues: please try a thorough removal of all Zwift-related files including what’s under Application Support before reinstalling. Did the complete clean / reinstall and unfortunately the ZwiftApp still crashes on launch.

Can start Zwift, then click “Let’s go”, then nothing and app closes.

Working on MacBook Pro (mid-2012) with Catalina 10.15.7 and all latests updates installed (Mac OS did update safari like a week ago don’t know if this is related).

Same issue here. MacBook Pro mid 2012, Catalina 10.15.7 - ZwiftApp launches, but crashes after “Let’s Go”. The loading screen appears but crashes without any further information.

Hey all I am having the same issue, Zwift refuses to run, I have deleted and reloaded mutltiple times and it opens then as soon I press the lets go icon it shuts down. its really frustrating as I pay a monthly fee to use and cannot use it.

This is not the answer, so you tell me to remove a security patch, that is supposed to protect me.
That is lame. Zwift you can do better. Im ready to cancel my membership as you have done nothing but insult my savvy!

Still not solved for me, running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 with all the latest security updates on a mid 2012 13-inch MacBook Pro (which still runs brilliantly with an SSD drive). Zwift is updated to 1.0.85684 and the launcher is 1.0.25. The app crashes and quits when I click on “Let’s go”. Logs are very similar to Simon Scheel above. I gave Zwift full disk access from the system preferences, no change.
