This is the 3rd time its happening and I really don’t know what else to do. the last couple of times, i had to reinstall the whole thing again to get the data recorded and uploaded to strava. its not even showing up in my activity file.My dropbox has since been uninstalled. i have shut down my pc and retried and still isn’t showing any signs of activity
Can you re-open your old ticket? You shouldn’t ever have to uninstall and reinstall Zwift unless some set-up on your computer is causing it to install incorrectly (as the launcher automatically checks your files and installs updates and/or re-downloads missing/corrupt files).
