Can not log in

What should I do?

I’m getting the same thing.  I updated my OS to 64 bit with a clean install, updated graphics drivers, and installed Zwift.  The same computer was working with a 32bit OS but now I get a screen that looks the same as yours.  Uninstalled and reinstalled and tried running as Admin with no luck.  (I submitted a ticket but figured I would post here too).

I have similar situation. I’m not able to login from laptop (Win 10 x64).

You might need to update Internet Explorer.

Try delete file: C:\Users\<user_name>\Documents\Zwift\prefs.xml. This solved my login problem.
