I’m midway through the Build Me Up plan. I understand the locked workout feature, but I am wondering if there is a way to tell/predict how long you will be locked out of a workout before starting?
The standard seems to be 12 hours but I’ve had a few hours either side of that.
As an example, I prioritise working out in the morning, but sometimes that’s not possible. I could’ve jumped on Zwift tonight and completed one of this weeks easier workouts but I didn’t want to be locked out for my morning session. If it would only lock the next workout for, say, 8 hours, then I could ride both tonight and tomorrow morning but if I’m locked out for 12 then the morning session can’t be done.
Any way to know this in advance?
