Issue with Virtual Shifting on Zwift Ride

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with virtual shifting on my Zwift Ride setup and could use some help.

Setup:

Kickr Core connected via ANT+ (“FE-C” mode for controllable trainer).
Zwift Play controllers paired via Bluetooth (directly and through Zwift Companion)

Problem:

Zwift Play controllers work for all non-shifting actions (braking, steering, menu navigation) and provide haptic feedback.

Despite this, I cannot find the toggle option to enable virtual shifting in the settings. I’ve double-checked every tab.

Virtual shifting styles are visible, but the feature itself doesn’t seem to be active (I dont see my current gear selection on the hud for example)

Steps Taken:

Reinstalled Zwift
Updated firmware on all devices

Has anyone encountered this before or have any ideas on how to resolve it? Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,
Hugo

Virtual shifting only works over bluetooth, don’t use Ant+

Thanks Mike!
It was that simple

I had initially this issue with Bluetooth as well, but simply forgot to test it again after updating the firmware and reinstalling Zwift. All good now!
