Hey guys, I’m new to Zwift and trying to learn how to navigate it the best way possible. I recently signed up for an Ironman 70.3 in July so I am looking for a cycling training plan on here if anyone could help direct me!
Congrats on signing up for one! So youre not using a coach then… more doing workouts from here?
Assume youre starting with an FTP test?
I dont know of any plans to follow as such, but would be interested too to find out. Wouldve initially only thought a tri coach would send you the workouts to do?
