Hi Jean - you likely have network issues which is causing other riders to disappear.
You need to make sure your local connection from your Zwift device to your router is reliable (Wifi channels come get crowded for example) and that you have a good connection to the internet. Always good to reboot your router anyway.
You can put your Zwift log file on to Zwiftalizer.com which can sometimes highlight network issues as well - see this to help with finding your log file
