How to get jersey or other items that have been unlocked

I have reached milestones that indicate a new classic jersey is unlocked. But I can find a way to get it or anything else. I picked some things when I first started but cant find a way to do this now. How to?

Go into CUSTOMIZE (it shows up on your review screen after your ride) and scroll through your options.

When the app is running on the computer, hit the ‘T’ key. It will bring up your customization options.
