If PC version, you can go to the Zwift logs (Documents\Zwift\Logs) and look at the past log files. The log files will have your devices and identification codes same as the pairing screen.

Unfortunately “PRECISON 1” seems to be the name of the device. Do you still have the box of the power meter? The MAC address should be printed on the box.
