I’m about to miss the ’ Red Unicorn’ workout in the ‘Build me up’ training plan. It became available last night at 8.40pm as I was going to bed and I have to do it within 15 hrs or so…I got up this morning at 5am to do a 12hr shift…impossible time frame!
Anyway…I’ve read other other posts stating you can do it as a stand alone workout and then mark it as ‘I did it’ within the plan so it shows as done.
Where do I find this named workout to do manually then? Ice looked and cant find it anywhere.
