Is there any fix for this?
Shuij at Zwift HQ here. Thanks for flagging this up. I took the liberty of cleaning up your subject line for searchability reasons - what I’m hearing is:
- You see the HoloReplay ghost rider appear at the start of segments as expected (i.e. following the options you chose in your game settings menu).
- Their stats / names do not appear above the ghost rider
- Their stats / names do not appear in the Riders Nearby list
Did I get the gist of it?

Yes absolutely as I mostly TT against my own efforts this has pretty much ruined my game experience. Please can you help?

I saw this yesterday when I was riding the Route of the Week.
I started as a workout, and the workout finished just before Itza KOM.
When Itza KOM started, the HoloReplay rider showed up, but it wasn’t in the Rider’s Nearby list.
I’ve also noticed this in some of my recent rides.
Ghost riders appear on the road but not in the nearby riders. This was an issue before.
Road The Grade, My segment time dissapeared halfway and my time was not recorded. Made worse by the fact I was fastest
My companion app refuses to allow me to follow any riders.
A million emails to zwift support later and Im still told to reinstall the game. IVE DONE THAT 5 TIMES ON TWO LAPSTOPS AND A TABLET. OMG frustration doesnt even come close. No i didnt touch anything to make this disaster happen. Zwift, for me at least, is not fit for purpose and broken
This one is a known problem (oh haha that’s you! there hasn’t been a fix announced for that yet)
Not sure about the others, though if you’re near the 5000 limit for following (including follow requests) that could be one explanation

Hey all, we have a fix for this and are in the process of testing it. It won’t come in the next version (1.100.0) , but should be fixed in the one right after.
