You highlighted two important aspects that I want to address in my response. You’re operating with an M4 chip and game version 1.82.
Zwift released a new update recently in order to address this type of situation: macOS : 1.83.2 (1.0.140279). February 6.
- macOS: The Ultra graphics profile is now enabled for devices with the following chips: Apple M4 (all versions), M3 Max, M3 Pro, M2 Ultra, M2 Max, M2 Pro, M1 Ultra, M1 Max, and M1 Pro.
- macOS: The High graphics profile is now enabled for devices with the following chips: Apple M3, M2, and M1.
Can you give it a try and test it with a new release to see how it goes: Updating Zwift?
