I’ve been trying to find this out for some time, but I’m not sure I’m even phrasing the question properly in FAQ searches.
Does anyone know what the circled number in the attached image denotes? It changes frequently but doesn’t seem to be related to laps any other data I can see in the HUD nor my effort at a given moment. I typically ride with a Robo-pacer, not sure if that’s relevant, but I thought I’d add the info in case it helps.

This is the ‘Drops multiplier’ value that you get for riding with the Robopacers. The longer you stay with a Robopacer, the higher this number gets (up to 2.5, I think?), so you accumulate Drops (Zwift’s ‘virtual currency’, the amount of which you have is displayed in the blue field just above the red oval you added) at a higher rate, so that you can buy more ‘stuff’ in the Drop Shop.
Ah, so simple. I can’t say I was aware of ‘Drops’ so your description here is really helpful & I can search for that specific info now
