Hi @Darren_Clare, welcome to the forums. Check out zwiftinsider.com and search for gravel bikes. I don’t think there are any new ones. They’ve been in the game for a while now.
Note that mountain bikes are fastest on the dirt roads like the jungle circuit, gravel bikes are second and road bikes are slowest on the dirt.
