I’m curious I have the same issue with the “New Wheels “. I don’t have the BMX bike. Any other suggestions?
My thought would be to equip your avatar with one of each type of bike (road, TT, gravel, MTB), and check the available wheels for each one.
If that doesn’t ‘expose’ the new wheels, look for any oddball bikes (like the Atomic Cruiser) and try those.
Just to say I deleted / reinstalled the app to be on the safe side, no issues on that section today

Strange glitch. 43km/h up a slight hill at 1w/kg?
Probably a small rise following a downhill, so momentum is responsible for that speed.

It was a rubber banded event and I think that was the algorithm trying to get me back on to the back!

I was not aware that I had to disconnect Companion from Garmin. I did so, but initially without effect. Than I removed Companion from my phone an reinstalled it, then also reconnected it with my Garmin account, and then it imported all outdoor trainings; retroactively too.
Any chance having a velodrome?? Thks!!

Would be great if we could ride through finish lines and generate working Fit files.
Is this on a PC? If so do you have video screenshots turned off in settings? The finish line is a typical “notable moment” so it’s normal to have video saved at that point.
Good call. I did a full re-install but will make sure that is turned off.
The weird thing is that it puts me in the results but then delivers a corrupt fit file.
5/5 on finish line crashes. All the same. Get credit for finishing event, featured in results on Zpower and Zwift. Invalid fit file and game crash. Progress fit file is whatever last auto save. Video clip was successfully saved / notable moment was successfully saved.
The consistent error thrown in logs are;
I have gotten a warning about a bike not being known a couple of times.
Secret bike?
A couple of others in the race had the same error but no crash.
I don’t think it’s a secret bike, someone was on a halo bike
Hello , I have a Technogym Ride , with the last version the slope set in the bike is incorrect, around the half of effective slope in zwift , and consequentially also the power is not correctly synchronized. Thank you
This bike is not supported by Zwift.
it’s worked fine until the previous Zwift release and it’s supported as reported in the Technogym website
Technogym can say whatever they want but it’s not supported by Zwift. Manufacturers often make claims like that but Zwift doesn’t certify their equipment or test their software with it. You can try contacting support and see what they say.
As far as I can see, Technogym are claiming that it’s"compatible" with Zwift (which is pretty much meaningless), and I can’t see where they say it is “supported” by Zwift (likely because they know it isn’t).
