Phased rollouts are done over three days and today is day 2. Barring any major escaped issues, we’re on schedule to complete ~24 hours from now.
Where to begin…
Scheduled a workout and ALL the routes showed ‘white’ (not done). I selected one workout and then ‘Magnificent 8’ for the route as I know I didn’t have that one before, and took off riding. About half way through, I lost my HRM, and just before that realized I couldn’t kudo or follow other riders (was it a Companion sync issue?). I went through menu and redid the HRM, and kept riding, and got to the end of ‘Magnificent 8’, and got no banner, no recognition I finished it. The workout wasn’t done, so does the workout have to be done to get credit for the route? And where did the routes all go? What caused the Bluetooth to flake out, and why did all the routes flip to undone?
I didn’t really notice any graphics issues so at least I didn’t have that issue, but the other ones were odd enough.
Companion seemed to work perfectly yesterday.
Thanks…

TLDR: I don’t think this is specific to game version 1.85.
I pulled your game log for your Magnificent 8 ride. Can confirm you did complete the route, and the route achievement banner should have triggered. I don’t see signs of the usual pitfalls that would cause it not to complete (ex - spawning in one world before teleporting to Magnificent 8, simultneous logins, unintentionally turning off of Magnificent 8).
We’ll manually award the route completion badge for you, but this one might be a one-off corrupted files issue that’s not impacting otthers? I’d recommend you do a thorough uninstall of all things Zwift and re-install. Instructions here.
As for the Bluetooth dropout? I uploaded your log file to zwiftalizer and there was one dropout, not a series of them.
BLE dropouts can be caused for any number of reasons, many of which have nothing to do with Zwift.
Can you expand on this? I clicked on some routes and the only difference I can see is there’s now a scroll bar to view all of the text, which wasn’t there before. Unless I’m missing something this seems like only negative
Similar issue here. After the update, Watopia would not load. I minimized the screen to find a message indicating that the Zwift app “requested more GPU memory that is available in the system.” I closed Zwift, then relaunched and rode without a problem in Scotland. I have an AMD graphics card, on a PC with Windows 11.
And I realize that there is a post here somewhere where I said that I reboot after updates, but this time I didn’t. sigh So I’ll try the purge and refill and see what happens for next time. It ALSO asked for my password three times which seemed again, odd. I should have known, but haste makes waste, always…
Thanks for tracking down what you did. I was going to run through Zwiftalyser, but the last time I tried that, it took several times to load it, and the results were ‘anticlimactic’.
And the routes showing up unridden are likely because of the app not reloading properly? Seems likely as some other strangeness happened too…
CONTINUING…
So on my MacBook Pro, I did what I did with the Mac Mini, and went to start a workout and the route list showed like normal, most were ridden, so something went sideways on the Mini. Nice… I’ll wipe it…
Quarter 4, 2024 we were told when first announced.
I just finished the TTT and didn’t get a results screen and am showing as DNF on the companion app? Here is a video clip with me finishing from my teammate, I’m 4. Mike on the right side of the screen with the flower jersey and big spin headphones.
