Hi Shuji. I just updated to v1.79 and my garage is not autosorting. When is this feature coming back for Apple TV and iOS users, as I thought this update resolved the potential crash issue? Thanks!
Iād say since it was server side turned OFF it will be a server side turn back ON but only after everyone is on 1.79 otherwise it re-introduces the crashing for those not having had chance to update yet.
Did race score change? Mine dropped from 693 to 632 overnight. Iāve only done a couple group rides in the past few days. And Iāve only been zwifting for about a month so it couldnāt be old scores clearing out.
Well, there you have it! Thank you for linking that
Hi Dan, itās being gradually re-enabled for mobile platforms and Apple TV and should be available again for everyone over the next week or so.
Hi everyone. Please update at your earliest convenience.
Hi!
Since the update, my Garmin HR strap fails to connect.
On a PC
Thanks !
no issues with my HRM on a PC after the update, check your battery maybe?
Auto-sorting in the Garage is now enabled for Android / iOS / tvOS users who have updated to game version 1.79.
- Be sure youāve logged out of Zwift and log back in.
- Exiting the Garage will save your most recently chosen items to auto-sort.
Thank you for this crappy update. 2 days ago no problems. Now the app wonāt pair. Will be looking for another app to use
Hi @Emma_Smith welcome to Zwift forums and welcome back to Zwift after a long hiatus.
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I looked at your server logs. On December 3, your iPad was using iOS version 15.8.1. On December your operating system had been updated to iOS v 15.8.3.
When you update the OS, Apple resets the per-app permissions to their default (more restrictive) settings to access Bluetooth. Itās likely you need to re-allow the Zwift app permissions. Please see this article for the how-to.
Hope support Simplified Chinese~
Twice now when Iāve completed a level I havenāt advanced to the next level. It just happened at 29. I completed 29 and instead of being bumped to 30 I am repeating 29 again. It happened once before with a level in the lower 20s.
Has anyone else reported this happening to them?

The typical reason for this is being logged into Zwift on multiple devices at the same time. Could this apply to you?
When are you going to put in XP for elevation gained. Makes no sense that two rides with the same mileage can vastly different in time to complete because of elevation. Seems to me it would be appropriate to give the harder effort additional elevation XP as well.
Elevation gives more drops
Also noticed that, but at the end of you workout, when you see screenshots and you have the possibility to publish on a club or something, you see a list of screenshots.
Mine were all set to ignore. I changed that and they became uploaded to strava.
Maybe it was also fixed in the previous update. When was the last tome you zwift?
No, I was only logged in on my phone.
