Hello, ramp test gave me a 232 ftp, the ftp test gave me 206. Just did the orange unicorn workout and felt pretty tired afterwards, but wasn’t completely spent. I did the Devedeset today’s which is a sweet spot workout, and it felt relatively easy, I was sweating but felt strong. Should I increase my ftp?
Are you doing the Build Me Up Plan? If so, the next two unicorn workouts just get more difficult so you might not want to bump it too high if you were close to failure on orange unicorn.
There are two orange unicorn workouts on Zwift, a shorter one, and the one in the Build Me Up plan, did you do the 1hr30min one or the shorter one?
I did the build me up version. I was pretty tired, but I wouldn’t say I was close to failure. I guess I should maybe wait and see how the next unicorn feels
Or you can just bump it up one notch. When I did the Build Me Up plan I used the FTP that I got from the ramp test which in retrospect was too high, and I actually didn’t get through Yellow Unicorn, so I had to drop mine after that workout ![]()

Not every workout should feel hard, 3×10 minutes @100% should even still feel easy! Training at a slightly lower FTP leaves very little potential gains on the table but training at an FTP that is too high risks burnout and leaving a lot of gains on the table.
If you think the workout was too easy add another 20-30 minutes of easy spinning, you will gain much more from that than trying to go harder
