Can someone explain the difference in outcomes and objectives between the FTP builder and the FTP booster.
Currently I’m a social rider. I did the FTP test and got a 202 Watt score. I weigh about 63 kilograms and I am roughly 1,74m tall. My objective is to improve my endurance, and my cycling pace. I want to ride a double century in October.
