FTP Builder vs FTP Booster

Hello all,

Can someone explain the difference in outcomes and objectives between the FTP builder and the FTP booster.

Currently I’m a social rider. I did the FTP test and got a 202 Watt score. I weigh about 63 kilograms and I am roughly 1,74m tall. My objective is to improve my endurance, and my cycling pace. I want to ride a double century in October.

The way I understand them is the FTP Builder will build your FTP from the ground up, it should be the one you start with in the beginning of the season. The FTP Booster is for later in the season for when your FTP has settled and you need a hard 4 weeks to get to the next level.
