I’m new to Zwift and have decided to do the 6 week ftp builder I did the shorter FTP test yesterday. I normally commute to work several times a week, a 10 mile hilly route each way. If i’m doing the FTP builder and want to stick to it rigidly, would it be acceptable to still commute by bike? Or is it a case of just doing the FTP builder for 6 weeks.
If you can handle both then that’s fine.
