FPT training

Hi l am new to Zwift could anyone tell me the best way to do the FPT workouts which one first and so on

Welcome to Zwift @David_Hampton.

I would suggest to first just ride some routes to get comfortable with Zwift. Pick a route and go hard for 30min, this will give Zwift a change to calculate your FTP.

I would suggest to do the 12 week FTP builder, after week 2 you can do the short FTP test to get your true FTP and then continue with the rest of the program.
