Dropping connection MacBook/Computrainer

I know, I know. There has been a ton of talk about this in the past, but I am at my wits end.
MacBook Pro 2020
Computrainer Racer Mate (old)

After I calibrate my trainer and launch Zwift, Zwift recognizes the unit (show “Pro” on unit head) then immediately drops the connection. I have tried at least thirty times in the past two days. I have gotten in twice then had horrible graphics and unrealistic road feel.

In the past two days, I have: deleted and reloaded Zwift, updated iOS, contacted support (no response).

If anyone can help me, I will gladly send you the $15 Zwift is about to withdraw from my account.

Hi Wayne! I have the same problem with my setup using windows. reloaded Zwift four times on two different computers no go! I dont know if its computrainer problem or Zwift software problem? As soon as i got to the connection screen I hit just watch I could get to game that way, but i could’nt pick my route.
