Does the bike I use on my trainer important?

Once the weather started getting warmer I took my road bike outside and had hopes to Zwift but didn’t unfortunately. To resolve this I bought a 2nd bike so I could keep it on the trainer and leave my other bike for riding outdoors.

Does Zwift care what kind of bike I use? I bought an older style road bike to attach to the trainer.

different gearing will make it feel different but Zwift don’t care.

I have an old steel frame on my trainer.
