Disc brakes

I want disk brakes on my avatar’s bike. Are disc brakes only available on certain frames or wheels? As an example, I went to “buy” DT/Swiss ARC 1100 wheels in the drop shop. They display in the wheel selection with disc rotors but not on my avatar’s bike. Anyone able to help?

Your frame selection determines what kind of brakes you get.
